So 16th was a day full
of anxiety but I kept doing my breathing exercises.. specially the deep
breathing exercises. IT REALLY REALLY HELPS!!!!!!!!! Thanks Nutan madam.
Then 17th I was taken
to the OT at 8.30 in the morning and was given Spinal anesthesia. I kept
doing my deep breathing exercises whenever I was injected ( I FEAR
INJECTIONS) and it was very easy. I heard the cry of my baby and WOW…I
cannot express what I felt……

Labor was absolutely wonderful.
I knew exactly what to expect – the breathing was great – otherwise my mom
had said she would not be able to see me through the labor pains. Breathing
helped me so much that it was almost painless.

Your classes helped both me and my husband to take natural
childbirth very positively without any fears. It made us more aware and most
importantly the exercises taught by you helped a great deal in alleviating
pain in the first and second stage of labor.
People who go for C-sec miss so much... They miss the exhilaration. For a
moment you forget everything else and just feel the exhilaration.

"I really have positive feelings all around my birth
experience. My husband helped me go through each breath and each
contraction. Without him I probably could not have withstood natural
childbirth. I also found it easy to push, probably because I did not have an
epidural. During labour (and before) I often reflected on your statement

its job.' Just recognizing that there was a purpose to the pain helped to
lessen it."
